Day Five - Night Crossing

Waking up at 2am and on the road by 3am got us off to a great start! The bad news is we each got a flat, but the great news is that we had a wonderful tailwind, allowing us to get to Gila Bend by 9:30 am when it was still reasonable to be outdoors. Staying at the very funky Space Age Lodge where we got to enjoy some time in the pool! We are starting to get our biking legs, thanks for all your prayers, we feel them!
